Who they are

Capstone Asset Co., Ltd. is a Bangkok developer and investor registered on 27 March 2019. Its head office is in the Canvas Ploenchit building on Ploenchit Road, and the company is privately held, with no stock exchange listing. It develops residential, hospitality and commercial property in Thailand under a "One Project, One Brand" approach: every development gets its own name, design and identity.

What they build

The company portfolio covers Bangkok, Koh Samui and Phuket:

• Tonson One Residence, a 29-storey freehold condominium in the Ploenchit–Tonson area of Bangkok
• Canvas Ploenchit, a six-storey office and retail building on Ploenchit Road
• Kimpton Kitalay Samui, a boutique hotel on Choengmon beach, Koh Samui
• Cooper Siam, a high-rise condominium near BTS National Stadium, and the Quarter 31, Quarter 39 and QUARTER Thonglor luxury houses in Bangkok

On Phuket

PEYLAA Phuket, Autograph Collection Residences is the Phuket project of Capstone Asset and the one we offer from this developer. It is the first Autograph Collection Residences in Asia Pacific. The 10.8-rai site in Cherngtalay, Bang Tao, holds 408 fully furnished one- to three-bedroom residences in three seven-storey buildings, retail space and a 126-key Autograph Collection hotel. Marriott International is set to manage both the residences and the hotel, and owners get access to ONVIA, the Marriott owner recognition programme. Foreign buyers can own units freehold within the foreign ownership quota.

The project company is Capstone Asset Phuket Cherngtalay Co., Ltd., which uses the Autograph Collection brand under licence from Marriott.

Progress

• EIA and construction permit approved
• Phase 1 completion target: Q4 2027; the hotel is expected to open in 2030
• September 2026 site update: main drainage culvert finished, piling at 40%
