AAG Development Co., Ltd. is the developer of Naturale Phuket, a collection of luxury pool villas in Cherng Talay. The company is led by CEO Wirote Chongsujipan.

Design approach

Naturale is centred on family living and wellness. The villas follow modern tropical architecture with natural light and ventilation, universal design for every age, locally sourced materials, solar panels and non-radon materials. The developer names At Siri as architect and interior designer and Kitt Landscape as landscape designer.

On Phuket

• Naturale Cherng Talay Phase 1, marketed as Naturale Phuket Luxury Pool Villas: three- and four-bedroom pool villas against a mountain backdrop, five minutes from Bangtao Beach. Phase 1 has finished villas ready to move in.
