Who they are

Pearl Island Property Co., Ltd. is the Phuket developer behind Anchan Villas, a brand of modern tropical pool villas in Thalang district. Founder Mr. Preechapol Sae-tiw brought together a group of partners to build the brand, and the company covers the full cycle from land acquisition to construction and property management. The head office is in Cherngtalay, Thalang. The first project, Anchan Villas I (2007–2009), introduced a holiday-home format with a private pool, a central garden and an open-plan layout.

On Phuket

Anchan builds in Thalang district, and the current projects are in Pru Jampa and Pa Khlong Cheep:

• Anchan Emerald, Pru Jampa: three-bedroom villas, the 15th Anchan project
• Anchan Burgundy, Pru Jampa: four- and five-bedroom villas near Layan Beach, with a gym and clubhouse
• Anchan Sunscape, Pa Khlong Cheep: two- to four-bedroom villas facing the forested Khao Phra Thaeo hills
• Anchan Indigo I, Pru Jampa: 53 three-bedroom villas
• Anchan Mountain Breeze, Pa Khlong Cheep: three- and four-bedroom villas next to the Khao Phra Thaeo Wildlife Sanctuary

Every villa type in these projects comes with a private swimming pool. Earlier projects in the series include Anchan Villas I, II and III, Anchan Lagoon in Ban Don (the first with four-bedroom villas), Anchan Grand Residences on Pasak Soi 8, Anchan Hills, Anchan Tropicana, Anchan Flora, Anchan Horizon and Anchan Indigo II.
