Redwood Lakeside is a gated community of private pool villas on a natural lake in Cherngtalay, Bang Tao. The project website presents 30 villas, a community centre, a pier and bridge on the lake, wide streets with pedestrian walks and an open view from every villa. The concept is "European comfort" in a tropical setting, and the team runs every stage in-house, from load-bearing structures to custom interior design.

Permit correspondence published on the project website confirms the link to SLK Development. Letters from the Provincial Electricity Authority, Thalang branch, and Cherngtalay Municipality, dated December 2023 and January 2024 and addressed to SLK Development, refer to the estate under its land-allotment project name, One Residence Lakeside. The company prepared an Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) as part of its permit application.
