Who they are

Sansiri Public Company Limited is a Thai residential developer headquartered in Bangkok. It was registered on 28 September 1984 as San Samran Holding, launched its first project in 1988 — Baan Kaimook, a beachfront condominium in Hua Hin — and took the Sansiri name in 1994. The company became a public company in November 1995 and has traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the symbol SIRI since 19 July 1996.

What they build

Sansiri develops condominiums, single-detached and semi-detached houses, townhomes and home offices for every customer segment, with its own precast factories supporting construction. Property management and brokerage run through Plus Property, set up in 1996. By the company count, its portfolio over 41 years spans 533 projects and 143,562 units in 21 provinces. In 2017 Sansiri opened sales offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and four cities in China and formed a joint venture with Tokyu Corporation; in 2025 it partnered with Mitsui Fudosan Asia Development (Thailand) to co-develop projects.

On Phuket

Sansiri has built on Phuket since the early 2010s and counts more than 21 projects on the island — houses, townhomes and condominiums. Current projects:
