Who they are

Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited is the developer behind The Title, a brand that started on Rawai Beach in Phuket. The company was established in 1989, took the Rhom Bho Property name and moved into real estate development in December 2007, and has traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the symbol TITLE since 2 November 2017. The head office is in Sakhu, Thalang District, Phuket, with a branch office in Bangkok.

Since 2023 the major shareholder has been 39 Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of AssetWise Public Company Limited, with 68.87% of the shares as of 28 April 2026.

What they build

The core product is the resort-style condominium: buildings of four to eight storeys, planned to feel like a hotel or resort, for Thai and foreign buyers. The range now also includes pool villas — The Title Villa Estella Naiyang and The Title Villa Kirara Bangtao — and Casa de Monte, developed through a joint venture with Boat Pattana. Rhom Bho Property also holds 30% of Botanica Grand Avenue Co., Ltd., a joint venture with Botanica Luxury Phuket for the Botanica Grand Avenue pool-villa project at Bang Tao.

Newer launches on the company website include The Title Vivana in Kamala, Biancana in Surin and The Olive. The Title Serenity Naiyang is now marked Ready to Move.

Track record

• Completed and fully handed over: The Title Rawai Phases 1–3 (520 units, finished 2013–2015), The Title Rawai Phase 5 (228 units, 2021) and The Title Naiyang Phases 1–2 (472 units, 2018).
• Completed in December 2024: The Title Halo Phases 1–2 at Nai Yang (329 units). June 2025: The Title Legendary Bang-Tao (637 units). Transfers on both were under way at the end of 2025.
• As of 31 December 2025 the company counted 20 projects: 5 completed and closed, 2 completed and in title transfer, 13 in sales and construction.
• Awards: Forbes Asia Best Under a Billion (2020); PropertyGuru Thailand Best Condo Development (Phuket) in 2023 and 2024; in 2024 also Best Luxury Condo Architectural Design (Phuket) for The Title Serenity Naiyang, Best Luxury Condo Interior Design (Phuket) for The Title Heritage Bang-Tao and Best Leisure Facilities Development for The Title Legendary Bang-Tao.
