Who they are

Wallaya Villas Development Co., Ltd. builds luxury pool villas and low-rise condominiums on Phuket. The company is based in Pasak, Cherngtalay, and is locally owned with 100% Thai capital. The current legal entity was registered in Phuket in September 2021. At the company launch event in April 2026, its managing directors told MGR Online that over 21 years the team has developed 30 condominium and villa projects on the island.

How they build

Every project has its own architectural concept: modern contemporary for Qnity, tropical contemporary for The Harmony, "Slow Living, Refined" for Wallaya Residence Naiharn and soft brutalism for The Liberty. The villas come with private pools, high-ceiling living rooms and open-plan layouts. Wallaya Villas publishes monthly construction updates on its project pages.
